🇮🇪 Orders to Ireland

Orders shipped from the United Kingdom to the Republic of Ireland may be subject to Irish import VAT, customs charges, and An Post or local carrier handling/admin fees.

Unless duties and taxes are clearly shown and collected at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost shown on our website.

Any applicable import charges are determined by Irish customs and the local delivery carrier. These charges may be payable by the customer before delivery, at the time of delivery, or upon collection.

By placing an order for delivery to Ireland, you acknowledge that you are responsible for any applicable Irish import VAT, customs duties, customs clearance charges, or carrier handling fees.

🇩🇪 Orders to Germany

Orders shipped from the United Kingdom to Germany may be subject to German import VAT, customs charges, and Deutsche Post/DHL or local carrier handling/customs clearance fees.

🌐 Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

Elegance Studio ships from the United Kingdom. For international orders, including orders to Ireland, Germany, and Malta, customs duties, import VAT, taxes, and carrier handling fees may apply.

These charges are set by the destination country’s customs authority and delivery carrier. Elegance Studio does not control these charges and cannot predict the final amount.

Unless duties and taxes are clearly included or collected at checkout, the customer is responsible for paying any applicable import charges required for customs clearance and delivery.

Failure to pay customs charges may result in the parcel being delayed, returned to us, or held by the local delivery carrier. If a parcel is returned due to unpaid customs charges, refused delivery, or failure to collect, any refund may exclude original shipping costs, return shipping fees, and any charges incurred by Elegance Studio.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete at the time of placing your order. Elegance Studio is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
