Returns Policy
Please note that we do not accept returns on purchased goods, except under specific conditions outlined below.
We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item only if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To Be Eligible for a Return:

The item must be unused, unworn, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

In cases of damage, defects, or incorrect items, you must share a video clearly showing the issue while opening the package. This helps us verify the claim and process your request efficiently.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately with a video of the package being opened, clearly showing the issue. This is required to assess and resolve the problem.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following:

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, you must first request a return (if eligible), then place a new order once your return is accepted.
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
